DELIVERY TIME
Goods purchased on this website are sent to selected self-service terminals of Omniva or LP Express parcels in Lithuania and the Baltic countries. Delivery in Europe is via post office couriers.
The goods can also be picked up upon arrival at our workshop on S. Lozoraichio str. 24-1A, Garliava on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. To arrange a visit, phone +370 688 92482.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
FULL HEARTS strives to sell quality and usable goods to its customers. If it happens that you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you and would like to return or exchange them, please contact us by e-mail [email protected] or +370 688 92482. If you request to exchange or return the product due to poor product quality, we will ask you to provide a photo of the poor-quality product.
Money for low-quality or undelivered goods will be transferred to your bank account from which you paid for purchases no later than within 30 days from the submission and evaluation of the complaint.
Goods can be returned within 14 calendar days:
- If you received the wrong product you ordered;
- You received a damaged or poor quality product;
- the goods did not meet your expectations.
